About Mrs. Pooja Koolwal

Driven by the belief that education is the most powerful tool for social transformation, she has dedicated more than 18 years to empowering underprivileged children and underserved communities across Rajasthan. Under her leadership, Pehal Sanstha has expanded its impact beyond urban slums to remote and rural regions, implementing initiatives in education, nutrition, child welfare, women's empowerment, skill development, environmental awareness, and community development.

Alongside her social leadership, Mrs. Koolwal is the Co-founder and Director of KGAngel Consulting LLP, where she contributes to strategic business development and corporate partnerships. Her professional experience has enabled her to build meaningful collaborations with corporates, CSR partners, educational institutions, and philanthropic organizations.

Her vision is to build an inclusive society where every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and realise their full potential. Through compassion, integrity, and collaborative leadership, she continues to inspire individuals and organizations to become partners in creating meaningful and sustainable social change.
